Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Last updated: October 16, 2026 · Effective immediately
1. Service Commitment & Scope
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") defines the service availability, performance commitments, and support response standards provided by BattaTech for the FlockPush hosted platform, REST API endpoints, and asynchronous publishing dispatch infrastructure.
We commit to maintaining a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9% across all core services during every billing cycle.
2. Platform Availability & Performance Objectives
| Platform Service | Availability Target | Performance SLA (p95) |
|---|---|---|
Developer REST API (/v1/*) | 99.9% | < 200 ms response latency |
| Asynchronous Worker Dispatch | 99.9% | < 60 s dispatch lag (1k concurrent/min) |
| Web Dashboard & Composer Studio | 99.9% | < 1.5 s page load (LCP) |
| Outbound Webhooks Delivery | 99.9% | < 5 s notification delivery |
3. Incident Severity Levels & Response Targets
Complete platform outage, API service failure, or critical security incidents affecting all organizations.
Core capability impaired (e.g., worker queue processing delays, single network publishing outage).
Non-critical functional defects, UI bugs with workarounds available, or minor performance degradation.
General technical inquiries, feature enhancements, documentation clarifications, and feedback.
4. Service Credits & Remedies
If FlockPush fails to meet the 99.9% Monthly Uptime Percentage commitment, eligible paid organizations are entitled to request Service Credits applied toward future billing invoices:
- < 99.9% Uptime: 10% Service Credit
- < 99.0% Uptime: 25% Service Credit
- < 95.0% Uptime: 50% Service Credit
Service credits must be claimed within 30 days of the affected billing period by contacting support@flockpush.com with timestamps and incident logs.
5. Exclusions & Third-Party Limitations
The SLA calculation excludes downtime or publishing failures resulting from:
- Third-party social network outages, API deprecations, rate limiting, or suspensions initiated by external networks (Bluesky, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube).
- Scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance during off-peak hours.
- Customer misconfiguration, invalid API keys, expired OAuth authorizations, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Acts of God, force majeure, or upstream Internet transit failures outside FlockPush's reasonable control.
